Radiation induced inter-device leakage degradation

The evolution of inter-device leakage current with total ionizing dose in transistors in 180 nm generation technologies is studied with an N-type poly-gate field device (PFD) that uses the shallow trench isolation as an effective gate oxide. The overall radiation response of these structures is determined by the trapped charge in the oxide. The impacts of different bias conditions during irradiation on the inter-device leakage current are studied for the first time in this work, which demonstrates that the worst condition is the same as traditional NMOS transistors. Moreover, the two-dimensional technology computer-aided design simulation is used to understand the bias dependence.     

二维拓扑绝缘体退相干效应研究

拓扑绝缘体是当前凝聚态物理研究的热点.退相干效应对该体系的影响的研究不仅有重要的理论意义,而且也是实现未来量子器件的不可或缺的前期工作.文章作者从理论上研究了退相干对二维拓扑绝缘体特别是量子自旋霍尔效应的影响.研究结果表明,作为量子自旋霍尔效应的标志的量子化纵向电阻平台对不破坏自旋记忆的退相干效应(普通退相干)不敏感,但却对破坏自旋记忆的退相干效应(自旋退相干)非常敏感.因此,该量子化平台只能在尺寸小于自旋退相干长度的介观样品中存在,从而解释了量子自旋霍尔效应实验中所观测到的结果(见Science,2007,318:766).同时,文章作者还定义了一个新的物理量,即自旋霍尔电阻,并发现该自旋霍尔电阻也有量子化平台.特别是该量子化平台对两种类型的退相干都不敏感.这说明在宏观样品中也能观测到自旋霍尔电阻的量子化平台,因此更能全面地反映量子自旋霍尔效应的拓扑特性.     

Quasi-sure Flows Associated with Vector Fields of Low Regularity

The authors construct a solution Ut（x） associated with a vector field on the Wiener space for all initial values except in a 1-slim set and obtain the 1-quasi-sure flow property where the vector field is a sum of a skew-adjoint operator not necessarily bounded and a nonlinear part with low regularity, namely one-fold differentiability. Besides, the equivalence of capacities under the transformations of the Wiener space induced by the solutions is obtained.

本文在假定资本市场变动与保险公司资本收益变动存在相关性的情况下,研究了保险公司最优再保险策略问题.利用HJB-变分不等方程,获得了最优再保险策略和最小破产概率的显示表达式,推广了文献[3]的结果.     

Psi‐series method for equality of random trees and quadratic convolution recurrences

An unusual and surprising expansion of the form as , is derived for the probability p_n that two randomly chosen binary search trees are identical (in shape, hence in labels of all corresponding nodes). A quantity arising in the analysis of phylogenetic trees is also proved to have a similar asymptotic expansion. Our method of proof is new in the literature of discrete probability and the analysis of algorithms, and it is based on the logarithmic psi‐series expansions for nonlinear differential equations. Such an approach is very general and applicable to many other problems involving nonlinear differential equations; many examples are discussed in this article and several attractive phenomena are discovered.Copyright © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Efficient statistical inference for partially nonlinear errors-in-variables models

In this paper, we consider the partially nonlinear errors-in-variables models when the non- parametric component is measured with additive error. The profile nonlinear least squares estimator of unknown parameter and the estimator of nonparametric component are constructed, and their asymptotic properties are derived under general assumptions. Finite sample performances of the proposed statistical inference procedures are illustrated by Monte Carlo simulation studies.     

The α-Geometric Structures on Manifold of Positive Definite Hermite Matrices

Geometric structures of a manifold of positive definite Hermite matrices are considered from the viewpoint of information geometry.A Riemannian metric is defined and dual α-connections are introduced.Then the fact that the manifold is ±l-flat is shown.Moreover,the divergence of two points on the manifold is given through dual potential functions.Furthermore,the optimal approximation of a point onto the submanifold is gotten.Finally,some simulations are given to illustrate our results.     

A Note on the Connectedness of the Invertible Group of a Nest Algebra

The connectedness of the invertibles question for arbitrary nest has been reduced to the case of the lower triangular operators with respect to a fixed orthonormal basis en for n 1. For each f ∈ H∞, let Tf be the Toeplitz operator. In this paper we prove that Tf can be connected to the identity through a path in the invertible group of the lower triangular operators if f satisfies certain conditions.     

Note on Enomoto and Ota’s Conjecture for Short Paths in Large Graphs

With sufficient minimum degree sum, Enomoto and Ota conjectured that for any selected set of vertices, there exists a spanning collection of disjoint paths, each starting at one of the selected vertices and each having a prescribed length. Using the Regularity Lemma, we prove that this claim holds without the spanning assumption if the vertex set of the host graph is sufficiently large.     

多参数二次特征值问题重特征值的灵敏度分析

本文研究解析依赖于多参数的二次特征值问题重特征值的灵敏度分析,得到了重特征值的方向导数,证明了相应的特征向量矩阵和特征值平均值的解析性,给出了其一阶偏导数的表达式．然后以这些结论为基础,定义了二次特征值问题重特征值及其不变子空间的灵敏度,并给出了确定二次特征值问题所含矩阵中敏感元素的方法．
